Dynamic Music Studios has Open House

Fun was had by all at our Open House on Saturday, December 21st from 1 to 3 p.m. It was held at our studio in Coralville, Iowa.

There were performances by several students and teachers. We had violin, cello, voice and piano students perform. Some of the teachers performed as well. There was a duet by two of the teachers and duets with the cello students and Christina Gentzsch, our cello instructor. Holiday music was performed and it was a festive atmosphere.

Snacks (including cookies by voice student Rylee Corbett), hot cocoa, and games were enjoyed by all. There was a find the elf scavenger hunt, boomwackers to play, and a large floor keyboard. We also had a drawing to win gift baskets.

Every year we pick a charity we want to support. Last year we did a coat drive and collected over 50 coats to donate. This year, we are doing a coat and clothing drive. We will donate them to a local shelter, the North Liberty Community Closet.

Fun was had by all at our Open House! We appreciate the opportunity to celebrate our students and their families. We also celebrate the progress our students are making and it is a great platform for them to perform. We are so grateful for all the support and donations we received. Happy holidays to all!!

This recap was written by co-owner and piano teacher, Sarah Beckelheimer.
